To create the lifestyle that you so desire, it must come from an understanding of action and will power. Nothing can be done without these two aspects of the mind. A lifestyle of making the grand kids happier from playing everyday with them. Even the lifestyle of creating more structure in your life by introducing a unique discipline only you can achieve and harness. It all comes down to the will within your mind and the action you take in reality.
