SPIRITUAL REALM

A Realm Beyond

The spiritual realm. A dimension of reality beyond our scope of understanding. Yet, how is it even possible for us to even perceive a concept that should not even be real? That question can only be answered by looking deeper. Deeper into the realities beyond just what is seen in front of you/what you are told. It is felt. Seen in minor abstractions. Felt through energies and sensations that rely more on your intuition than your senses. And abstractions that could lead you to ask yourself if you’re hallucinating. It can be very disturbing and controversial to dwell on this topic. Yet if you’re someone who has went down the path of strengthening you’re spirit; or even gaining peace and clarity, then you’ve definitely have had some experience with the spiritual realm. In religious ideologies, the plane of good and evil is said to reside within this realm. Heaven and Hell. It is something that obviously cannot be seen and cannot be felt. Yet, it is said after the physical death is when we come into contact with these planes.
There have even been some natural drugs that allow you to mimic death. As a chemical within your brain is released known as DMT that allows you to see somewhat of another reality that cannot be understood at all.

Spirit and Material

The sense of self. Who you are beyond just what you see in the mirror. Your uniqueness that comes not just from your body but your character. Your flaws, passions, motivations, habits, and choices. The sense of self also known as the spirit, is the life of what makes you… you. There is no one like you in the world and that IS because of your spirit. It contains the essence of who you are and the physical/material body embodies the actualization of your spirit. No person is born a complete spirit. Just like a wall or a kingdom. It must be built upon the hands of hundreds of thousands of people. Not to say you will come into contact with that many, however humanity molds humanity. We mold each other into the people we should or should not be. Either from the peer group and family or through something much deeper. Being social creatures its almost impossible to strengthen our spirit without others. The physical body. It is the actualization of said spirit to do and say whatever it deems to be so. It is the body given to create and destroy whatever you desire. It enacts the freedom of choice. It is a vessel used to mold our spirit into something greater after the physical death. Thus, is why the body must be in a strong minded and healthy state. If the body and mind are not healthy, then the spirit is not healthy. It is a trifecta in a way. Spirit, which controls the mind and body; Mind, which controls the body, and the Body which is does the actions. You must grow each individual part of yourself slowly in order to connect to the spiritual realm in any way. Requires gaining a higher sense of self in all aspects. Self in the spirit. Self in the mind. Self in the body. It must all flow.

God and Humanity

God from Christian and Islamic religions, is always portrayed as the creator of humanity. No matter in what iteration you find of the Christian Bible, he is always the creator. I pose a question. If God is a being that resides within the spiritual realm and gaining an access to the spiritual realm requires gaining a higher sense of self. Doesn’t that mean that only through God can that connection be complete? I mean it sounds criminal in today’s age to speak of God as if he is real. Yet, a lot of us have experienced something almost unexplainable. We don’t know why we’ve gone through this experience and what it will lead to but we have. Things that cannot be seen just right in front of us or feelings that cannot be felt through the senses. It doesn’t seem like a big coincidence as to why we feel these things. It’s because we come from him. We cannot fully know who we are without knowing our creator. Without having an understanding of God. Gaining a stronger and wiser spirit comes from our personal connection with God. Communion through others is important but, others can only take you so far. Meditation, understanding the Bible, prayer, and discipline are eternal connections to God that allow you to gain a stronger spirit and a prominent connection to the spiritual realm.

Freedom of Choice

I end this off with quote. “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” – Viktor E. Frankl. A world filled with promise and gain only shows to compromise on our Humanity. We lose our sense of self following the desires that we focus on. The actions that could’ve been made to progress humanity as a whole or teach us more patience and mercy, are instead used to fuel individual desires, greed and cruelty. We lose our Humanity. The question becomes. Is this Hell on Earth or is Earth actually Hell? A question I personally used to ask constantly. The world we live in is almost like Hell but is it actually Hell? It’s not only because within Heaven and Hell are deeds have already been sentenced. With the world we live in, our actions are not set in stone. We can choose to change and to move forward. The freedom of choosing. To gain a stronger sense of self, or to walk around aimlessly with no purpose. We are of one with God not of ourselves. Yet our choice still stands. To side with or against Him. This freedom and the choice made will decide whether your spirit aligns with Him or with evil.
